Who we are
AI Motion Dispatch is a free weekly newsletter published by AI Motion Bootcamp. AI Motion Bootcamp and AI Motion Dispatch are brands owned and operated by Luminex Global Inc., 1021 E Lincolnway Suite #8267, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States ("we", "us"). Luminex Global Inc. is the data controller for subscriber data. Privacy questions and data requests: privacy@aimotiondispatch.com. Anything else: hello@aimotiondispatch.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your email address, plus the date and time you subscribed and confirmed. If you reply to an email, we receive your message and address. We do not ask for your name, phone or payment details on this site.
How we get consent
Double opt-in. After you enter your email, we send a confirmation link. You are added to the list only after you click it. Unconfirmed addresses get at most two reminders over three days, then nothing.
What we use it for
To send you the newsletter, the welcome emails and, at most once a month, a note about our own course, AI Motion Bootcamp. We never sell, rent or share your email with advertisers.
Email tracking
Our email provider (Sender) records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can see what is useful and remove inactive subscribers. Many email apps let you block this by turning off remote images.
Services we use (processors)
Cloudflare (website hosting, security and a privacy-friendly human check called Turnstile, which sets no advertising cookies); Sender (email list and sending); Google Fonts (loads our typefaces, so your browser contacts Google's servers). Each processes data only to provide its service.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. Turnstile may use strictly necessary signals to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a suppression record (your email marked as unsubscribed) so we never email you again by mistake.
Your rights
Unsubscribe in one click from any email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data at privacy@aimotiondispatch.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you may complain to your data protection authority; California residents have rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell personal information.
Security
The site is HTTPS-only with strict security headers, signup links are cryptographically signed, and access to our accounts is limited.
Children
The newsletter is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for material changes, tell subscribers by email. Effective November 6, 2026.
